Our Services

We are not an emergency service and are not able to help with immediate crisis situations. If you need immediate help, please contact either your GP or go to the Accident and Emergency Department of your local hospital (24hrs). We are based in Gloucester, but all appointments are held online so you can avail the Features of Tele-Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Mental Health Programme (PRMHP) in your comfort at your home, or outdoor settings.

Chronic lung conditions affect someone’s life journey early or late, jeopardising their wellbeing, movement and social life. People with chronic lung conditions get trapped in a cycle of inactivity, isolation and worsening breathlessness. Covid-19 has great negative impact on people with chronic lung conditions worsening the spiral of inactivity and exacerbations...

Reaching out to mental health counselling can be challenging with societies stigmatised views on mental health, counselling and psychotherapy. I can assure you to offer my empathetic active listening skills to explore with you your potential to discover your journey on matters that triggered you to reach out to my therapy consultation and sessions....

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral?

Lung rehab Voyage believes in promoting patient autonomy and engagement. A doctor’s or consultant referral is not necessary to see a therapist in private practice, although we frequently work in partnership with your doctor or consultant to plan and manage treatment for a specific condition.

What should I expect?

To begin, your healthcare professional will assess your condition, diagnose any problems and help you understand what is wrong. They will work with you to develop a treatment plan that best suits your positive health outcomes. Throughout your treatment program, your healthcare professional will evaluate your progress at regular intervals and modify your treatment and goals accordingly. Wherever possible, your therapist will also help you to manage your condition independently for the longer term.

How long are my appointments?

Depending on the type of treatment, your initial appointment will last from 30 to 60 minutes. Some complex conditions or treatment of multiple areas may require longer consultations; if this is the case your healthcare professional will discuss your options with you.

How do I schedule follow-up appointments?

During each session, your healthcare professional will discuss your treatment plan and suggest an optimal package. Then, at the end of each visit, you should check in with our administration team to re-schedule your next appointment.

Will I always have the same healthcare professional?

It is our policy to schedule you with the same healthcare professional over the course of your treatment. Occasionally, substitutions or referrals another member of the team, who has additional expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of your condition.

What should I do if I am unable to make it to my appointment?

In order to accommodate each patient’s schedule and for the efficient operation of our practice, reserving time slots for treatments is very important. That time slot is held specifically for you. If you do need to cancel and reschedule, please give 24 hours’ notice, to avoid a cancellation fee. A full consultation fee may apply if more than 3 same day cancellations are made.

Where is your location?

We are based in Gloucester, but all sessions are held online.
